Everybody here that I talked to was very knowledgeable and nice! Most lawyer offices are intimidating but the people here took the time to answer all of my questions didn’t make me feel like I was stupid. They also got back to me when I left messages, whether it was by phone or email within a day; sometimes even within hours which I very much appreciated! Most importantly of all, Jessica solved my legal problem in a very fast time frame and she also gave me confidence when I was feeling worried that we wouldn’t get it solved!

I did not go with this law office for my needs. The attorney I spoke with was knowledgeable, but I was disappointed this the $150 consultant fee (not charged by many other law firms), and the high flat fee price quoted.
Things with my case and Chelsea were going pretty well. At least I thought they were. We entered negotiations with the opposition prior to our court date. There was specific language in the stipulation that i thought sounded fined. However, when it came to the final signed order I realized it was changed. I did not realize this until after it was signed

While working with Kristen Navarette was a good experience after she left there was little communication. The attorney assigned did not reach out after I signed the forms to allow her to assigned to my son, Cullen's case. We had an attorney on the day of the hearing did not even remember my son's while questioning him. It wa apparent he was not prepared for this very easy divorce.
I highly recommend Nikole Messerschmidt. She was very helpful, answered all my questions and dealt quickly with an issue I had with my ex wife. Plus, Sterling Law Offices flat rate fees left no surprises.
The only experience I have is the fact that immediately upon signing with your farm $1500 was taken from my checking account. After that I have not heard one word from my attorney. She has not answered the one email I sent her requesting information on the status of my case.Since I signed with your firm my 18-year-old son has graduated from high school and moved into his own apartment and yet I am still paying child support on him. I?m wondering if I?m going to get any of that child support back at some point but I?ve not heard anything from my attorney. Nothing. I can?t grade your firm because the only thing you?ve done is collect $1500.
Attorney Hannah Smet is representing me during my divorce. A divorce that is proving to be very contentious. Some communication emails took way too long and filing paperwork with the courts starting turning into hell!! I was constantly contacting the courts to make sure she had everything submitted, which I would hear no! Then like I said to contact her and get a response was not good!! We paid way too much for her to deal with our very easy divorce case! Should not have taken as long as it did, but when communication on her part isn't key, it tends to drag out!!
