Well, I believe I am just now entering phase 2 of my divorce. I am unsure of what to expect and where I stand. My lawyer has been very nice and fairly quick to respond to my needs although I had issues with my fds and it dodnt seem my soon to be exwife was given the same stringent guidelines I was. During the temporary trial I dont feel my lawyer fought for me the same way my wifes lawyer did. This is my first and hopefully only divorce I will ever have to go through and I dont know if it's the system or my knowledge of it but I feel being a man fighting for my rights I'm way behind.

Everybody here that I talked to was very knowledgeable and nice! Most lawyer offices are intimidating but the people here took the time to answer all of my questions didn’t make me feel like I was stupid. They also got back to me when I left messages, whether it was by phone or email within a day; sometimes even within hours which I very much appreciated! I did not go with this law office for my needs. The attorney I spoke with was knowledgeable, but I was disappointed this the $150 consultant fee (not charged by many other law firms), and the high flat fee price quoted.

Things with my case and Chelsea were going pretty well. At least I thought they were. We entered negotiations with the opposition prior to our court date. There was specific language in the stipulation that i thought sounded fined. However, when it came to the final signed order I realized it was changed. I did not realize this until after it was signed
