All of the staff were extremely professional and respectful. From the assistants all the way up to the actual attorneys. Everyone treated you with respect and dignity and listened to what you said. Alexandra Isroff was good at first but it went downhill when I told her she could talk with the defendant. It's too much to put here but nothing was resolved for the well being and best interests of my daughter after she helped the defendant as did Paul Garcia, Attorney at Law. I was warned numerous times of some lawyers from Cook County. She didn't accept my personal check for her retainer fees. I had to pay it by phone with my credit card. Something is not right with this law firm.

Cynthia answered all my questions with great clarity and patience. She kept me well informed every step of the way, which kept me at great peace in such a difficult/hard times.

I called on a whim after being screwed over by by 3 other attorneys.
