Everything was easy, well spelled out for me, I appreciated the clear communication throughout the process.

I think my lawyer has been very helpful when we are able to communicate, but my main complaint is that my phone calls and emails sometimes go unanswered for days. I also chose this law firm because it is only a few miles away where I have offered to stop by the office. My previous lawyer would always answer right away or let me know right away that they would get back to me the same day. I am investing a lot of my money from my retirement fund to earn more time with my kids in an ongoing custody battle with my wife of 14 years. I felt like there has been a lot of waiting in between times of the goal post moving and now we are headed towards the end of my first tier of payment. I wish the ball had been kept rolling more and communication was better during this first tier. I am still undecided wheteher or not to move forward with tier two if we dont wrap things up by the end of June.
