Ms Lea Dias was very helpful. However, I think the no contest price is a tad high. Price is relative I know. And that's just my thought for the survey. Looking forward to communicating with Ms Dias soon.

Have received two emails asking for thousands of dollars to be paid immediately with very little context or explanation. I know there's a system here, but in practice it can be extremely off-putting. I like the idea of paying up front but perhaps some sensitivity training for the office staff might be useful.
