I would definitely give Katie a 10 for her work. She was amazing throughout the whole process and I felt like I had an advocate getting me through a difficult situation. She was very responsive, always answered my questions, and was just with me through every step of the process. I couldn't imagine going through this without someone like Katie helping me navigate it. She's great and an amazing asset to your firm.

Katie Van Dusen and her team were so friendly, knowledgeable, kind, professional and helpful in every way that I felt like they were family. Katie is amazing. She gave me information but was never pushy or aggressive.
