Given the limited time frame (90 days) I believe it took too long to take any action. Getting information from my former attorney, getting up to speed on my case and its history, took too long to allow Katie any time to take action on my behalf within the limited time frame. The first request for information from the other attorney wasn't sent until day 60, with a 28 day window to respond. Now that the time has expired and we have received nothing from my ex-wife, I have no recourse, received no data or informati0n and I feel like I paid a lot of money to accomplish nothing. The system, attorney, my ex-wife and the courts have zero sense of urgency and therefore, the snails pace only lead to another disappointment and a waste of money.
