My only disappointment was I couldn’t financially afford to keep her services and am not ending my case with her involved which is upsetting to me. I used Sterling for the first stage of a possible divorce. Nina Kelly was absolutely fabulous. Incredibly knowledgeable and very patient and kind. Not intimidating to work with at all! Navigating divorce can be so intimidating and Nina Kelly made things as easy as they can be for the situation. Although we did put the divorce on hold due to this horrendous economy, I will for sure be going back to Sterling in the future. All of their staff is very responsive and kind. I highly recommend them!

Lea was hands down the greatest attorney I could have asked to have appointed to my case. I had a nearly 3 year long case and Lea was always very transparent about expectations and explained everything to me every step of the way. I genuinely felt as though she cared about myself and my daughter through it all and I am so grateful for her guidance and representation. Even when she had maternity leave, she had another attorney take over and was thorough in passing off my case weeks in advance. The finance department was easy to deal with as well.

All of the staff were extremely professional and respectful. From the assistants all the way up to the actual attorneys. Everyone treated you with respect and dignity and listened to what you said. They were able to explain legal terms and processes in a way which the average person would be able to understand easily. A little bit on the pricey side but considering the amount of service and respect that you are given it is more than worth every penny.

Alexandra Isroff was good at first but it went downhill when I told her she could talk with the defendant. It's too much to put here but nothing was resolved for the well being and best interests of my daughter after she helped the defendant as did Paul Garcia, Attorney at Law. I was warned numerous times of some lawyers from Cook County. She didn't accept my personal check for her retainer fees. I had to pay it by phone with my credit card. Something is not right with this law firm.

Cynthia answered all my questions with great clarity and patience. She kept me well informed every step of the way, which kept me at great peace in such a difficult/hard times.
