They walked me through this process. I Did feel at some points things were strung along longer than they should have been. It took over a month for a custody agreement to be submitted when that was the one thing my ex and I had written out through an app in detail. I needed a couple continuous’s. After the custody agreement was in play at end of August I was told that we should be finalized by end of September. But that’s when things moved a little slower. They did give me a two week extension but in that two weeks I felt like answers took longer also. In the end we we got it done the day in needed to be done but I did feel like it was a little rushed because it felt like at times things were dragged on. We started the process beginning of July and finalized beginning of November. But overall I was happy with the way things were handled. Reyna Herrera with the help of Katie VanDeusen were very helpful.
