How We Help Clients
About Sterling Hughes, LLC
At Sterling Hughes, we offer family law services in cases involving divorce, child custody and spousal support, property division, and spousal support. Our South Elgin divorce lawyers have had over 60 years of combined experience in the field and are familiar with the judges and courts in Kane County so they know how to best present the case to ensure a positive outcome.
Working as a team is a habit at our firm. We listen and communicate closely with our clients to understand every detail of each case and help our clients understand the whole process and their rights. Our attorneys also hold daily meetings to cover any issues that may have arisen in court and to brainstorm on strategies. This process also allows for our team to study the most recent rulings in family law cases and learn from them to better serve our clients.
Another advantage of going to Sterling Hughes for your family law needs is that we charge a one-time fee for our services. This gives you the peace of mind that we will not bill you for every instance of communication or research. At many firms, hourly charges force clients to settle early for a less than desirable outcome. That will never occur when you work alongside our team, nor will we ever tack on hidden fees at the end of your case.
Deep knowledge of the law and awareness of the most current changes in the law is a part of our South Elgin firm's practices. We help build a strong case by having our network use their knowledge to strategize for you. The number one emphasis for us is our passion for the law and allowing it to lead us to the best possible result for our clients. If you would like to see how we can help you, give us a call today.
