Firms that offer a "free consultation" will only tell you whether they will take your case and what their retainer is. The consultation was thorough and worth every penny.

Nina ,and staff were very friendly and attentive. I wish in the earley parts of she could of been more aggresive to get my wife counsil to respond to emails and try to sit at table to negotiate better .there was no responce from here counsil at call.Nina had asked me for my finacials ,I was working on that over the past 3 months to get together.I had told Nina that Diane had a box of them to at house with my ss card n birth certifcate that i needed back to complete my financial to submit to her and needed her to let Diane council that n was not given any reply if that order was submited .I have borrowed money from my work to keep my fees current but my retainer had run out and was not able to afford any more money to retain Nina services . For the money was spent on case i asked for a break down what was filed n my behalf and what was really done but still havnt recieved that. A 2000 credit was credited towards the end of my retainer .I just would like to no how that credit was used .Im in the process of looking for new counsil to hopfully complete my divorce.Thankyou Brian S.Mathias

Katie was great!
Throughout the stage 3 process everything was very passive and the objective appeared to be for me to try to avoid going to trial by compromising. I was convinced to make changes at a meeting a few days before the trial date and these ended up favoring the other side. The judge ruled differently than expected which may or may not have been intentional. I was told that just asking for clarification would cost me an additional 2500. This is after I paid 23K during stage 3 for very little gain. I realize the other side was consistently unreasonable but little attempt was made to ensure that I could benefit at the trial.
Atty. Diaz has a great personality and is very personable. Everything was great.
