I can't say that I would. Though she is a nice person she does not have faith that her clients can present a common sense case that does have the ability to be won. In my case I was able to articulate the point to which myself and Lea could not agree. Once the questions were posed by the judge I was able to speak on my behalf and it seemed to sway the judge towards pushing the decision that Mrs Diaz disagreed with me that the judge would not rule on penalties prior to the issues coming up. The judge even told.my ex wife that it seemed far as I explained the situation and he had no problem with ruling in my favor regarding.
I wish Mrs Diaz the best in her career and future unfortunately I will not refer her nor use her again myself.
She is very easy to get a hold of, knowledgeable of the subject matter, and felt like the case was handled extremely well.

Attorney Ali Isroff and her team were great. No one is ever prepared for situations like I was in, regarding custody and parenting time for our child against my ex. I was represented by another firm and was not happy with their work. It took some time and a lot more money to realize I needed to make a change. Sterling and Hughes’ firm was recommended to me and I would say am lucky to have been paired with Ali. She was very informative and helped me through a difficult time in making the decisions I did. She communicates to you like she’s your next door neighbor and tells it how it is, nothing is ever sugar coated. As difficult of a client as I was, she understood that and she respected my views. She explained the pros and cons to the choices I had, and guided me to make decisions in finalizing an agreement. I’m sure I wasn’t her only client, but I felt like I was, she’s so quick to respond and I never felt like I was left hanging. I’ve never met her in person, but after being on all the zoom calls with her, you can tell she is truly passionate about her work and she will fight for you. I would personally recommend her to anyone in need of a family law attorney.
