STAY AWAY CRIMINAL INTENT IS EVIDENT. I had Hannah and had to remove her and get someone competent. Sterling law appears very absent as I try to get my refund check I can't even connect with them on the phone. The example of the law I saw practiced at this facility makes me wonder if they are financially insolvent right now. I wouldn't get involved in the firm I'm having wonderful results with Tim Young from Oshkosh. He's been able to get me out of the problems caused by this incompetent's law firm.

I couldn't think of of a better law group that could represent your needs in a divorce. I was represented by Chelsea Gatterman, the professionalism and accessibility was peerless. Going through divorce is tough and the attorneys at Sterling law help guide your through the convoluted waters and help ease the trepidation of a split house hold. To put it plain and simple your throwing your money away and risk not being able to spend the maximum amount of time with your child by going elsewhere.

1. First appointment was blown off. I had to call to find out why the atty was not on zoom call. 2. Paid fee (which should have been at 25% discount due to going through EAP from work) for counseling appointment took a week to get a response for an appointment almost another week until appointment 2. Second appointment rescheduled due to “atty in emergency room”. Another week wait for reschedule. 3. Had the meeting and was informative and helpful. End of meeting atty assured me I could call and they would help answer questions within reason and offered to look at my documentation one last time. Since then I emailed documents for review (on 3/5) and called direct line (on 3/15) to which neither have been answered. No, will not recommend.

First let me be clear. Ali seems like a very good attorney. She is passionate, knowledgeable and understanding. All things you look for in someone dealing with tough situations like family law. My issue is in the process and few structure. First to charge a $150 for a 4 question intake form, a 7 minute ?consult? (and which ended up just turning into a sales call) is ridiculous. Everyone else has no problem giving g me a quote without a fee. I will always pay for valuable time, this was not. Then to try and convince me my uncontested, no opposing counsel, no kids, no asset, me assuming all debt divorce would be $5,000 is simply insane. I get it. Most people say that have an easy divorce. This one is. I would like my $150 returned to my card unless you guys can come back to reality on how tough things are for people right now and charging twice what every attorney is right now. While my divorce was initially put on pause for COVID, my attorney (Jessica Naples) from Sterling adapted quickly to the situation. Switching over to doing everything remotely went rather smoothly and I can say looking back on it, it was about as painless of a process as it could be. Jessica was always quick to answer any questions I had and I would recommend her to a friend.

Was not impressed with Kathleen Curran. Did not get the impression she would be an advocate for me in the divorce. She had difficulty keeping the story straight. She responded to email without keeping in mind facts she already knew.

They handled my divorce perfectly. I was very satisfied and feel the price was fair.
