I had signed up for the webinars. The confirmation email said I would receive a link via email prior to the sessions. I never received them. I reached out today and they sent me the recordings but I would have preferred to attend the live sessions. My consultation with Hannah was great. I found her to be very helpful, a great communication, kind, and also very professional. I am still considering my options but certainly have Hannah at the top of my list. Hesitant about prices

the woman I spoke with was very nice. The reason for the score is that I stated that my phone is monitored and I am have received on unsolicited phone call and a text when I have asked for discretion and only emails. Also I was supposed to have a call with Toby on Monday 1/18 at 1:30 and they asked to have it switched to 3:30 to accommodate his schedule that “wasn't updated”. I took the 3:30 appointment which was not the most convenient time for me, only to be called but yet a different person since he couldn't make the rescheduled time either. Like I said, she was very nice but it was a bit of a mess. Also since the meeting yesterday I have received three emails (in less than 16 hours). Is this to be expected? Also it says to email with questions yet it appears to be a auto-generated email from the docusign company with no email address or direct contact given. I have no idea who I should be emailing with questions

Toby kinsler is great with information and communication as well just wonderful person makes you feel less anxious while talking to him about your case

To start, I enjoyed working with Margery Wakefield and I think she had my best interests at heart. I realize that she was dealing with a family emergency with her mom, but someone from the firm should have been communicating with me (perhaps her paralegal) about what to expect and if I needed to prepare for a Zoom call with the court that took place in September. It turned out to be a non-issue about rescheduling the trial, but as someone who has no knowledge of how the legal system works, I was panicking (unnecessarily) about a lack of preparation on my part and having had no conversation with my attorney about what this meeting was about. So, to summarize, better communication would have been appreciated. Thank you.
