Lack of communication, strategy , not focus on the case.

I give Nina a 10. Nina was great in helping me with her knowledge and know how for everything obstacle in the case. Very strategic and great follow up.

Ms. Kelly was very professional and communicative, I knew her service time with me was limited, and I wanted a specific motion filed. She presented me with many options, some that could have costed me more, but in the end not only did she carry out what I asked, but informed me of additional advantage to said filing.
