The legal aid sold me with going with Sterling. Unfortunately, after retaining Sterling and meeting with Ellen Rhodeman, I lost confidence Ellen would fight for me in the areas I felt were important. I felt like I was just another person in line to just give money and hope for the best. The other reason for my decision to retain another lawyer was two other lawyers said an emergency hearing needed to be scheduled as soon as possible. Because my wife took me off the health insurance and is forcing me to take on all the financial burden she is legally obligated to contribute towards after reviewing the particulars of my case. After relaying the same information to Ellen, not only did she not mention the emergency hearing like the two other lawyers advised only the mediation was the next step of the current plan. I felt like Ellen seem rush to get to the next appointment during our meeting and again did not mention the same things or thoughts the other two lawyers did.

Bailey holt was extremely informative and never made me feel like a was a bother. She made my very stressful situation a breeze.

Very helpful throughout the process. Took the time to reach out to me asking if I had any questions. And lastly the no hour billing. I think with that in place you end up feeling like you can reach out and be answered in a timely manner without thinking how much is this going to cost me.
