Some email responses were unclear/slow but overall, Ellen did a really nice job with the prenup and offered suggestions to best advocate for me.
She was helpful and did an excellent job. The score wasn’t higher because it was very difficult to communicate and get scheduled. This was after we had already paid our fee in full. That was frustrating and made a difficult time even more stressful.

I would give Austin a 20 if I could. Austin stuck with me from the very beginning, even when I was still undecided on an attorney. He constantly checked in on me, he was very knowledgable and helpful through out the entire process and I felt very secure having him as my representation. I felt like a human being and not a case. He was passionate about helping me get what I wanted out of it and kept my daughter in mind the entire time as well.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend attorney Austin and the company Sterling to anybody. Bevia and Missy on his team were also terrific, super friendly, fast-acting, understanding, and kept in consistent contact as well!

I couldn’t have asked for a better, more thorough, thoughtful, caring, kind lawyer than Nikole Messerschmidt! It was a team atmosphere from the start! After the craziness of my 31 year long marriage falling apart, a team was what I needed. Nikole always gave me the time I needed answering my questions, explaining things I needed more information about and always letting me know what the next steps would be. She always emailed me back when I emailed her. I thought that was amazing since she is in court so much. Her staff is very friendly on the phone and in person. They always emailed documents quickly and let me know when they received them from me. If you need a divorce lawyer, Nicole Messerschmidt is the woman to call! You will absolutely be happy you did! On a scale of 1-10 I’d Give Bailey at least a 15, maybe even a 20. She was fabulous. Helped me understand the rules surrounding my issue and the best course of action. I can’t thank her enough for her time.

Attorney Jack is very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and provided all the information I would need in my divorce case. Him and his staff were definitely thrown some curveballs (active duty military) but they were able to resolve all issues and their efforts were greatly appreciated. They were very proactive in gathering all the information and follow ups. They were also very understanding of my being very busy during the week and sent reminders about things if I did forget. My needs were definitely heard and met. Would highly recommend Attorney Jack and his team!

Working with Holly was great; she listened, offered solid legal advice, and was very responsive. Working with Austin started off good, but the last month was difficult and stressful. Our divorce wasnt contentious, we didnt need a lot of mediation, just someone to walk us through it. But starting with the scheduling hearing in May, it felt like we were not a priority, nor a focus of attention. There were errors in the paperwork, delays in responding, misplaced documents, and the last weekthe week of the final hearingwas especially stressful.
So, my takeaway and recommendation to someone will be: If you get a Holly, it will be a positive experience. If not, then youre rolling the dice.
