DON'T! Find a traditional council. Oshkosh location was a shabbly put together room with no signs for office. Should have gone with instincts to bolt right there. Strike 1! Wanted me to fill out forms but gave me divorce paperwork to fill out even tho I needed family law. I am not even married. Then gave excuse it must be coded wrong. Strike two! It felt like my information on case meant nothing and council had its own agenda and would not budge…..my dime, not his. Strike 3! Everything you want to do is an additional cost. Wanted to file contempt and was told $1,500 for 3 pieces of paper that get e-filed. I did it myself for free. Strike 4! Ther is more but you get the idea from above.

Nichole was determined and very knowledgeable of all court proceedings . When I didn’t understand some of the court lingo she was able to dumb it down for me and make me aware of what was going on.
