Both Atty Curran and the legal assistant Sarah were friendly. They never judged me when I hadn't made a decision and reaffirmed that I needed to do what was right for me.
Have received two emails asking for thousands of dollars to be paid immediately with very little context or explanation. I know there's a system here, but in practice it can be extremely off-putting. I like the idea of paying up front but perhaps some sensitivity training for the office staff might be useful.
The paralegal team is amazing and let me know everything right away. If I needed something Sarah Hennessy was great and very responsive. Stacy was also amazing in explaining payments. With Andria there was a lot of miscommunication. In court she said something very different from what I have said. There were maybe times in which I went on a rant and I wasn't clear from my end. But I expected her as my Attorney to ask me questions and let me know what she needs from me as far as details for court. Overall I'm very disappointed in paying 5k for the services I received. The Paralegals were definitely worth more of my money than Andria was. Although Andria has potential to be a great Attorney if she wasn't so busy and communicated more.
