Worked with Sterling for my divorce and everything was easy, fast, and efficient. They always got back to be fast when I had a question and everything was always explained thoroughly.

Given the limited time frame (90 days) I believe it took too long to take any action. Getting information from my former attorney, getting up to speed on my case and its history, took too long to allow Katie any time to take action on my behalf within the limited time frame. The first request for information from the other attorney wasn't sent until day 60, with a 28 day window to respond. Now that the time has expired and we have received nothing from my ex-wife, I have no recourse, received no data or informati0n and I feel like I paid a lot of money to accomplish nothing. The system, attorney, my ex-wife and the courts have zero sense of urgency and therefore, the snails pace only lead to another disappointment and a waste of money.

My response is primarily because I believe Austin handled my case well. Even with a non-commuicator like my ex. Austin was able to my ex to work through the process.

The process what quick and easy

We had some mishaps but it was corrected without any charge. Other than that everything went well and exceptionally knowledgeable.

Ali was very nice and I feel like understood my situation well. She was a great advocate for me. We were able to settle everything but still had to go in front of the Judge at the county to sign off. The billing wasn’t as transparent as I would have liked. I paid $5,000 retainer for the first 90 days and just had emails back and forth and one draft letter, then paid another $5,000 ($3,800 refunded) for the final order draft and amendment and court appearance. Overall it didn’t seem like a good value for the money and I wonder what the cost would have been at an hourly rate. For someone with a more complicated case, may be worth going this route. For my particular case, not sure it was worth it.

Attorney Morrell and his staff helped me every step of the way with my divorce. He always made time to answer my emails and phone calls. Paying a flat rate made things more manageable financially. Everyone was always polite and knowledgeable. Attorney Morrell make sure specific language was put on the court record and in my marriage agreement to protect me and my kids for the future.

My only concern is why did the final signings of things happened the day of the court date. In my opinion, there was ample time to get this done prior to the court date. Things just took longer then what I expected.
