I don't know if there was more that could have been done but I feel like there wasn't much progress made through the duration of my contract. It seemed the appposing attorney was playing by a different set of rules which hindered everything, and I feel like more should have been done to get to a finalization prior to my contract expiring. I don't feel like much was done for $6100, at least nothing I couldn't have done myself…per the feedback I've gotten from a lot of people who have been in my situation.

I will say that Robert was very professional and honest with me. I will say that he can improve on being better with communication. There were many times when I wasn’t clear what was going on because I wasn’t looped in on what was going on, correspondence received by him sent to me days later, and there was an expectation for me to understand a lot of legal lingo. Again, he was professional and everything got done, but with such an important matter, I think it’s important to send emails such as “at this time we are waiting on….” And so on.
Outstanding services across the board! From the very first meeting till the end of my case, every step of the way was clearly stated and articulated, with plenty of detail and explanations, and all alternatives presented in a professional manner. Whether through phone or email, I never felt rushed or expedited and I never ended the conversation longing for more answers. They followed up with me on all critical steps and offered great advise when I needed it. Extremely punctual with phone appointments. Most communication and documentation is offered digitally, which greatly simplifies things and reduces unneeded stress and waste of time. I genuinely had a simple, professional, and above all – a positive experience with all the people involved in my case and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs legal help.
