Working with Holly was great; she listened, offered solid legal advice, and was very responsive. Working with Austin started off good, but the last month was difficult and stressful. Our divorce wasn't contentious, we didn't need a lot of mediation, just someone to walk us through it. But starting with the scheduling hearing in May, it felt like we were not a priority, nor a focus of attention. There were errors in the paperwork, delays in responding, misplaced documents, and the last week–the week of the final hearing–was especially stressful.
So, my takeaway and recommendation to someone will be: If you get a Holly, it will be a positive experience. If not, then you're rolling the dice.

I spoke to Nina Kelly about a year ago or more and she still kept most of what we spoke about, and I did not have to repeat much. She comes across experienced, helpful and strong! I also, like the set fee rate and what it all includes. I do not have a ton of money and cannot just write a blank check. I have heard some horror stories about other Divorce firms. The stress that alone can create on top of the stress and emotional rollercoaster during a divorce. So, I read a lot of the reviews for Serling Law and most gave high ratings. I also, like the open communication no limit on exchanging information whenever needed without a high charge is important.

I did appreciate Michelle Gordon's help on everything. She has helped me get my boys back in my life and that is something that means so much. My case is not completely done and I wish I still had her to finish it up because I am worried that I will not get everything on record and the mother will go back to doing what she did from the beginning. Unfortunately, this has taken a huge toll on my finances and my company. I couldn’t afford the high payments for Michelle so now I am going at this alone and not knowing what will happen. She was the angle I needed. So I guess my feedback would be. If you guys would have a lower payment plan because, after a few large payments, it’s starting to get tight. Especially if paying so much for just a court date once every two months or more. I went to court three times and spent about 20+ grand I believe. I wanted 50/50 placement and custody along with everything split down the middle with the mother. And I only got two days a week and every other Saturday overnight.

Tiffany actually responds to me with all my silly questions. She’s very reassuring and always makes me feel like I am heard.

Tiffany at sterling lawyers is the best! She gave us the best guidance on preparing for our custody case. She is straight to the point with her advice and opinions. She made going to court so much easier on us and really took a load of of our shoulders. She really listens, and respects your wishes. I HIGHLY recommend Tiffany and I will definitely be going back to her in the future!

Atty Mullin took my case. She was working very hard to get me divorced. We had a lot of tax issues but she was able to work it out.

She was always checking on me to see where we were at in the divorce. Never pressured me one way or the other. Very friendly, letting me know she was there for me and my options.

Everyone was so professional and courteous, I liked the lawyer she was very patient and I liked the way she heard me, but due to financials circumstances I wasn’t able to keep her 🥲
