Great team but updates and communication needs to be taken into consideration especially with the assistant that sends updates on behave of the team. Response time can be improved as well. It’s important for a client to know what’s happening in their case to feel at ease and prepared therefore this is very important.

I am so happy with everything. More updates would be nice though.

She was very good at helping me understand my options and the best way to accomplish what I want. She didn’t lead with costs as most attorneys I’ve talked to have, and I appreciate that. She was focused on assisting me in the most efficient way.

Holly was excelled throughout the entire process. The only reason I did not give 10/10 is because of some errors in my document preparation that I had to point out to the legal assistant.

I am very pleased with how Sterling Lawyers and specifically Jack Braaten has handled my case so far. There has been a few complications that have come up and Jack has navigated them all and has given me a very good outcome so far.
