As with any job, the area of focus can become routine. Such could be the case with divorce attorneys; however, my interactions with the team at Sterling was anything but. All with whom I worked were extremely professional and provided clear guidance, recommendations, explanations for the options, and encouraging support. This was done with a genuine focus and "being present" while also being sensitive to the situation. Having this virtual hand-on-my-shoulder was instrumental in making me feel that I was not alone during such an emotional time.
There were times where I felt that I had to chase down status of my case. But overall, I was very satisfied with Ellen’s guidance.

Great team but updates and communication needs to be taken into consideration especially with the assistant that sends updates on behave of the team. Response time can be improved as well. It’s important for a client to know what’s happening in their case to feel at ease and prepared therefore this is very important.
