Initially tough to get a clear description of how to fill out forms. I am not tech savvy, so misunderstandings. Can be tough to reach. Need multiple attempts, then was told by persons who answered the phone they would have my Attorney call me. I wanted an assistant to return my call; as I know he is quite busy. Very polite and patient with me though, which is appreciated.

There could have been a much better job explaining the divorce process (particularly the mediation route) so we better understood the challenges and the expectations.
