My only disappointment was I couldn’t financially afford to keep her services and am not ending my case with her involved which is upsetting to me. I hoped a smaller fee to move to next stages in future would be beneficial for clients. Especially single mothers like myself.

Initially tough to get a clear description of how to fill out forms. I am not tech savvy, so misunderstandings. Can be tough to reach. Need multiple attempts, then was told by persons who answered the phone they would have my Attorney call me. I wanted an assistant to return my call; as I know he is quite busy. Very polite and patient with me though, which is appreciated.
