I had Nina Kelly as my divorce lawyer at Sterling Law through a prepaid legal plan during a very difficult time. The prepaid plan was up front and honest about cost and notified long before a withdrawal was to be made. This way was so much better for me because I could not write a blank check not knowing how much everything would cost. Nina Kelly was honest, patient, and truly listened to me. She was able to text me, email me and call me as much as possible and vice versa all included in the prepaid plan. (rare). I felt as though I had to monitor and follow up with my case more than I would have expected. For not knowing anything about the divorce process, I was expecting some guidance as to what was the next step in the case or when to expect actions to fall on a timeline. It seemed like I got the answers I needed, but only after asking repeatedly. I even expressed my concern to Attorney Vogel. It did get better towards the end of my case after the Paralegal was switched.
