Very help and provided easy to follow road map
Easy process
Overall I will give Jeff a 7 he did a great job of getting a fair settlement. A 10 would be awarded to Jeff had customer service been better. The agency receives a 3 mainly because customer service was not what it can be. There are specific situations Gennel, Jeff and I had discussed via a tel com conference. A virtual law firm is a great idea, but don't forget the human side and the age difference. A old saying adapt to the client and many will come. Thanks
Thought attorney could have been and should have been more aggressive. More worried about being payed then doing something. Said he could do somethings in our consultation. And didn't deliver any of them. And the billing was not as discussed. Wow now that I think of it a three was a very good score. I was warned about my lawyer and called you to switch to a different one but that didn't happen. I'm very disappointed.

I am ranking a one due to the following: After I signed my financial agreement Austin stated Nancy would be calling me immediately, seemingly that day, to schedule a meeting with Austin. I tried contacting Nancy and Austin multiple times Wednesday to Friday before I received a call on Monday. At one point the receptionist said that they apologize because that is not how Sterling Law likes to do business and that a Managing Partner would be informed of the situation. Once I had my court date Austin was not prepared well. First when he spoke in the court hearing what he stated was incorrect. He stated I worked Fridays and Sundays, which I never have. Secondly I was working Saturdays and Sundays and then switching to Fridays and Saturdays. Finally he also then stated that my son?s grandfather was sick and unable to take care of my son, when in reality he passed away. I also had to fill out the parental plan and submit my income information when my son?s dad did not have to do either. I felt like I had to do more work just for the sake of it. I left the court hearing feeling like the $1900 towards my representation was a waste and I would have been better off saving the money and representing myself. I will not be using Sterling law in the future or be recommending your firm to anyone as well.

Exceptional client care
I hired Ali Isroff to assist me with my case against my daughter's father for parenting time, parental responsibility, and child support. She was amazing!! The case took longer than we had both anticipated, but she stuck with me the entire time and did whatever needed do be done! She was extremely helpful; always clearly explaining everything thoroughly and answering any and all of my questions! I know absolutely nothing about the legal system, so I was very grateful to her for always taking the time to make sure I knew exactly what was happening, and what each next step would be. She always answered all my emails as soon as she could, and made herself available for phone conversations as I needed. I sincerely appreciate all the work she put into this case for me to get what I needed for myself and for my daughter. I know that if I ever had issues with this matter again in the future, I can come to her for help! I highly recommend hiring Ali for any family court issues!
