It was very brief but overall I’m pretty happy with the experience. Communication could have been better but I understand it may be difficult since there’s no charge and it’s based on a fixed fee.

I believe there needs to be more organization with communication. When leaving voicemails, keep that as private as possible without relating too much information through a voicemail or messages.
