Thorough work and good about managing expectations in what can be a very long and difficult process. Potential clients should be aware that the flat-fee/multi-phase system, in lieu of billable hours, can be nerve-wracking if one is very close to a decision that would end the case, but is also near the date when one moves to the next phase, incurring a very large payment for what could be very little work. The firm is up-front about this model, however.
