Very little communication – I really have no idea what's going on with my case week to week. If I ask for a call for clarification it has been granted, but it seems the attorney and other staff are pressed for time and try to get me off the phone very quickly. (Granted, I have not been pressing for more because it's still early, but time is beginning to pass more rapidly and I cannot afford to extend the contract…)

Overall our experience with Sterling Law office was good. We dealt with Jack who did our divorce mediation. Jack was always pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. They would have given 5 stars but on several occasions appointments, meetings, and even locations of meetings were changed and rescheduled on short notice. All in all, I would recommend Jack at Sterling for your mediation needs.

Jack and Claire were exceptional, but I have to say I do feel I paid significantly more than I received. Jack was unable to attend the divorce hearing. He was suppose to be there, that was what I asked for and paid for. I felt not enough pressure was impressed upon my ex husband and his lawyer to submit items in a timely manner. I did not get what I paid for. I would like to request a partial refund.
