Kind of feel that the money refunded seemed a bit pricey. I am new to this sort of thing but is there some sort of description of why it was that way?

Quick and easy and they gave me step by step instructions to do the task on my own. They also followed up with other supports while I go through the endeavor.

I hired sterling law offices and had a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend using this law firm. I tried to report my attorney 2 times and no one spoke to me about it. I had 2 phone conversations with my attorney prior to the phone conversation where they told me if I didn't concede to the recommendations from the guardian ad litem that my lawyer would withdraw. I asked my attorney to file 3 requests for change and they never filed any. I sent my attorney a lot of information/evidence and she didn't use most of it. I agreed to a settlement conference and she never informed the opposing counsel that I agreed, which now they are making me pay more GAL fees because my attorney failed to acknowledge the settlement conference. This law firm doesn't respect their paying clients wishes and won't fit for you once they get paid. This law firm is a waste of money and I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Holly Mullin was the mediator for a recent case I was involved in and her patience and professionalism throughout the sessions were commendable. She came prepared and did her best to prepare other participants with set agendas and pre-work that was provided well in advance. She showed objectivity between parties and adapted to the discussions while also focusing on the core tasks to get done. All work behind the scenes seemed to be smooth and the result of the matter was resolved as scheduled and intended.
