What Our Clients Say
EVEN THIS WEB SITE DOSN'T WORK. CALL ME MY # 920-209-4785 I hope you are better then the lawers I got.
So far so good but my case is still pending so I will see how it goes and how my lawyer gets the job done.
Honestly, ours was a super tough divorce to work through, with kids involved, and planned placement very far from one parent. Going into it, I never thought we’d be able to mediate our way to an okay outcome for both of us, but Toby was a skilled and respectful professional in handling our emotions and the difficult discussions, and helping us navigate the divorce process. So thankful we chose Sterling!
Sterling helped us through this divorce process, and even though it was stressful, they did a good job, especially our mediator, Toby Kinsler. He is very kindhearted and helpful. The speed at which the divorce is nearing it's end, is much quicker than what they estimated on their website.
Communicaion is a issue
Nikole was wonderful to work with. Helped me answer a lot of questions during a difficult time in my life.
Shannon Alberts was my lawyer. I hired her in the fall and my divorce case is being resolved now. Getting responses to emails was always a problem and she didn’t force the opposing attorney to provide updated financial records during our final mediation even though we had several hundreds of thousands of dollars of investments allowing my husband to under report his investments considerably.
I hope no one I know has to use your services, but if they need a mediator I would send them to your company. Nicole kept us focused and on point.
I will not be taking my ex husband to court so I lose the money that he owes me and I am out the $350 that your organization took from me (that I borrowed from my 75 year old mother
Responsiveness
A lot of money and felt like it didn?t do anything for my family
I believe that Sterling Law Offices is a competent law firm with highly educated individuals. They have the right answers to your questions in the matter of law. But that's not all I was looking for when I sought an attorney. I wanted to hire peace of mind, the knowledge that someone is fighting for me. That's not what I received. Instead I felt like I was arguing against the attorney I worked with at Sterling (whom I will choose not to name in this review); at this point, I was still ready to leave them a 5-star review if things were rectified. But when I made my opinion known to the owners of the firm, I was swiftly met with opposition via email. Never a phone call or further questions about my interpretation of what happened. This review wouldn't be here if it did; in fact, the 1-star rating is strictly representative of the response I received from ownership. I expected, especially from a law firm, to be heard out, to be allowed the chance to find a reasonable solution to my circumstances, and to be able to move forward with dignity and grace. Instead I was offered 10% of my retainer (over $5,000) for a case that is, at best, 60% complete (that's my personal opinion) and a stipulation to withdraw from the engagement. Those are the facts, I'll let you draw the conclusion about whether to hire them.
Excellent Attorney
She helped me get custody of my son and be able to move out of state with him. From beginning to end she was on top of my phone calls and emails. Always kept me up to date on all court requests and paperwork. I couldn't thank her enough for what she did.
