I had Nina Kelly as my divorce lawyer at Sterling Law through a prepaid legal plan during a very difficult time. The prepaid plan was up front and honest about cost and notified long before a withdrawal was to be made. From opening phone call to closing emails, the entire staff at Sterling has gone that extra mile. The persistent contact by everyone went well above my expectations. I felt as though I had to monitor and follow up with my case more than I would have expected. For not knowing anything about the divorce process, I was expecting some guidance as to what was the next step in the case or when to expect actions to fall on a timeline. It seemed like I got the answers I needed, but only after asking repeatedly. I even expressed my concern to Attorney Vogel. It did get better towards the end of my case after the Paralegal was switched.

Took the time to understand my situation.
I am overall, satisfied with the level of service I am receiving from my lawyer, Austin Miller and his assistant Olivia Hamilton. There are, however, some reasons for not achieving a 10 rating, mainly due to a lack of communication that I would like to see. There have been a few times where I have been unable to contact my team for over 48 or 72 hours. My emails have gone unresponded to with no indication that it had been received and would be responded to. I have been unable to reach them by phone both by calls and texts and I had to resort to calling the general Sterling number, to which I finally got a response. On the date of my hearings I have been satisfied with Austin's ability to argue and advocate for me to the commissioner, and he has a level of sincerity and compassion for my situation. I appreciated the onboarding process and getting me represented right away when I made the request to file a petition. This is not a final review, and my rating could change by the time my case is fully resolved. Thank you for the opportunity.
