Nichole was determined and very knowledgeable of all court proceedings . When I didn’t understand some of the court lingo she was able to dumb it down for me and make me aware of what was going on. Nichole was great to work with I told her what my goals were and what I wanted to get out of the proceeding and she was determined to make that happen . Most of the time I would just communicate via email, and even the times when I would receive an out of office reply, she would still reply back to me within an hour. I think Katie did the best she could on the case, and she maintained her knowledge of what was going on despite having to go on maternity leave. The case was ongoing for a while and there was a change in situation that potentially could have given us more leverage in the current stage. I do not think this was part of Katie's doing, but moreso the firm's policies. I did not think it was right to introduce additional fixed fees in the middle of the court case, but Katie did do a good job of avoiding the continuation of stage 3 full hearing. Katie did give me an early notification before the case started that we could possibly split case 3, but there was no mention that additional fixed fees could be incurred in stage 2. I would have thought the fixed fees would stay the same, even if new events unfolded in stage 2, especially if it was to our advantage of leveraging the case. Overall, I would still continue trusting and hiring Katie as my attorney, but I do question the fixed fee structure as additional charges were incurred.

I was unimpressed entirely with my experience there. The information I received was inaccurate. I was also told I could receive advice based on a certain level of payment and not ONE of my questions was answered based on a $1400 payment I made. They just claimed that every question I asked was too in depth to advise without a larger agreement in place. I will never ever suggest them to anyone. They also refused to provide me a full refund upon termination regardless of the fact that I had never had a meeting or set foot in the office after the time I paid that amount. No thank you!
