Just responding to the request for feedback. Anne did a great job considering she had to get involved in the middle of the process. I think it ended up being a blessing because I wasn?t totally happy with Maureen and she might have known she was leaving so I wasn?t a big priority (taking several days to get a reply and then scrambling the last 2 weeks of phase one and then realizing we should have started the process earlier, etc.) . I am sure the process is a little more difficult with Covid and not being able to meet in person etc. Having not gone thru this process prior (don?t plan to again I didn?t know the correct questions to ask. If I had to do it again I think I would have requested to get more input/suggestions from council on the financial aspect (by law what do I need to do and she keeps this you should ask for that, etc.). I would recommend both Anne and you to friends if asked for suggestions. Thank You”
I know COVID has changed things but I think meeting a lawyer in person is important especially when I pay $5000 up front. Then I later find out my lawyer is too busy for my case and I am assigned another lawyer only after I call asking why I have not heard from her in the month since my husband was served. Next all the paperwork that was supposed to be sent to me was actually sent to my husband. I find this out when I get an email from my new lawyer asking why I sent the paperwork back she sent me. Very disorganized. I felt that my case was not very important to your law firm but I paid my $5000 and did not have another choice. My new lawyer has been reassuring but am having a hard time get over how my experience started. Sincerely, Karla Warren
I used Attorney Keenan. I would highly recommend him he did a good job with my case. I was looking at the small picture and attorney Keenan was looking at the big picture and protected my retirement for the long road. I hopefully never have to use him again, but if I did I would hire him again. I give him 5 stars for the tuff job he had looking out for me.
Had Robert Keenan as a lawyer and unfortunately can not say was represented by him. He has poor follow through, poor communication, and absolutely no push back. Extremely disappointed by this lawyer and the fact that a law firm would employ and stand behind a lawyer Like this. Would not recommend to anyone.
Given the conditions of the divorce, the outcome was as satisfactory as it could have been.
