Attorney Dan Exner
also known as Daniel Exner, Daniel Albert Exner, Dan A Exner
“Any family law action, from divorce to paternity to adoption, can be one of the most stressful periods of a person’s life. I endeavor to share the burden and make sure there is a seasoned, objective voice in the emotional turmoil.”
About Dan Exner
You’re facing down a crowd, ready to give that important speech or presentation. What do you do? Most people shrink and muddle their way through it.
Some people are the opposite: their voices get stronger.
Attorney Dan Exner built a career out of being a voice for the voiceless. When you’re down, it’s his mission be the big voice that’s fighting in your corner. More than that, he cuts through the complexity of family law and makes things right for his clients.
The ultimate goal of any family law case is to give someone a new start. Nothing hampers new beginnings more than being dragged back to court because of some petty issue. When Dan advocates for someone, he does everything in his power to make sure they’re not repeat customers. The best solution is to get it right the first time.
Dan knows first-hand what it’s like to find your feet after starting over. As a child, his family lost everything when their house burned down. Everything he thought he knew was scattered to the wind. To him, the scariest part of the experience was facing the unknown.
As a lawyer, he goes to extremes to make a scary, difficult part of someone’s life a little less confusing. Every client deserves individual attention to take the mystery out of their future.
Before joining the team at Sterling Law Offices, Dan worked as a domestic litigator with the national law firm Cordell & Cordell in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
His experience and dedication to helping others have earned him the Rising Star Award, an honor given to the top 2.5% of attorneys, which his peers have awarded him every year since 2014 for excellence in his field.
