Fake it ‘till You Make it.

We have all heard this saying before.  And, if you are like me, you probably have tried it a few times.

Maybe you have faked your life on social media.  You faked how much money you earn, how awesome your life is, or your relationships with family and friends.  Maybe you have faked your feelings – that you never get hurt or never get upset. You might also be faking how you feel about your spouse and have uncertainty towards the future of your marriage.

But faking it till you make it doesn’t lead you to feeling more powerful.  In fact, it commonly leads you to have more insecurity.

Commonly, people who are fake it till they make it – end up living in worry.  “What if somebody ‘finds out’ that I am not as talented, as rich, as successful, or as strong as I pretend to be?”

There are both good and bad times to know when to fake it ‘till you make it. It's knowing when that it's a powerful tool.

In this episode, not only will you gain a fresh perspective for overcoming obstacles and achieving your dreams, you’ll also learn a trick to automatically feel more successful and in control.

Now, I turn this over to you. In the comments below, tell me:  What are you faking right now?  How would you feel if you no longer had to fake it?  What specific thing do you need to change right now to start being real and achieve your dreams?

Leave a comment below and let me know. Remember to share as much detail as you’d like in your reply.

You get to choose the path your life takes.  My hope is that today’s show and every show will help you make choices that are aligned with your personal values and goals.

As always, thanks for reading, watching and adding your voice. Your voice matters.  You matter.

With love,

Latrice
